縱觀整個(gè)建筑行業(yè)近十year來的發(fā)展，面臨的挑戰(zhàn)在加大，面對傳統(tǒng)建筑總承包市場央企國企愈發(fā)強(qiáng)大、原材料人工等成本高企等問題，民營企業(yè)可謂步履維艱，大量企業(yè)都在嘗試轉(zhuǎn)型。Lai Zhaohui比較早就認(rèn)識到，龍?jiān)D(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的核心是盈利模式的改變，是身份、角色的根本轉(zhuǎn)變。

和父輩不同，Lai Zhaohui對于資本市場和金融更具經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在Lai Zhaohui的主導(dǎo)下，龍?jiān)?/span>2004year成功登陸上交所，成為為數(shù)不多的建筑業(yè)上市民企之一。from2010year開始，積極嘗試用發(fā)基金的方式募集資本金，嘗試運(yùn)作BT等項(xiàng)目的投資，積累了有別于傳統(tǒng)總承包施工的建設(shè)投資經(jīng)驗(yàn)。當(dāng)2014year國家開始推行PPP模式，龍?jiān)勶L(fēng)而動，成為最早涉足PPP業(yè)務(wù)的民營企業(yè)之一。

Lai Zhaohui透露，當(dāng)前隨著建筑對科技、綠色環(huán)保、全周期成本管理的要求提高，龍?jiān)矔e極擁抱新的技術(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，繼續(xù)加大在建筑科技領(lǐng)域的投入，以裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和光伏建筑為核心切入點(diǎn)，爭取打造集團(tuán)的新增長極。

以愛傳承，積極擔(dān)當(dāng)社會責(zé)任

作為寧波企業(yè)，龍?jiān)恢币詠硇膽迅卸鳎南导亦l(xiāng)。雖然公司總部早在1993year搬遷至上海，但是注冊地一直留在象山。在賴振元等創(chuàng)始人的心里，龍?jiān)母恢倍荚趯幉?。積極參與家鄉(xiāng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會建設(shè)，是龍?jiān)说母星樗?，也是一份?zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)。

據(jù)Lai Zhaohui介紹，近year來，龍?jiān)ㄔO(shè)在寧波市每year可承接約30億元的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，多數(shù)為地鐵4號線東錢湖站這樣的公建項(xiàng)目，此外還積極參與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目投資，幾year來在寧波地區(qū)投資近40億元。近三year，龍?jiān)?/span>在寧波地區(qū)累計(jì)納稅額已達(dá)9.3億元。
